The Nag’s Head Inn
The Nag’s Head Inn has been recently acquired by husband and wife team, Steve and Tracy Miller who will greet you with the warmest of welcomes from the moment you step inside.
We offer Bed and Breakfast with comfortable, inviting rooms, traditional home cooked food, well kept local real ale and excellent wines and spirits.
Having spent your day exploring the stunning surroundings you can refuel with excellent food from our Chef’s seasonal menu with an exciting take on Welsh pub cuisine using high quality, local produce. Retire to one of our cosy, comfortable ensuite rooms and then nothing will set you up in the morning like a full Welsh breakfast before the joys of the day ahead.
Sitting on the river Cych which runs through the enchanting Cych Valley near Cenarth Falls, The Nag’s Head is ideally placed at the borders of the 3 most beautiful counties in Wales – Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. This is a walker’s and cyclist’s paradise. From here you can explore the glorious woodland and walks only a stone’s throw from our door. The peaceful, winding Cych and Teifi rivers and the marshes at the Cilgerran nature reserve provide the ideal environment for observing the abundant wildlife. The breathtaking views from the magical Preseli mountains, the stunning Pembrokeshire coastal path and the incredible beaches along the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion coastline are a short drive away, not to forget the fascinating history of the ancient castles at Newcastle Emlyn, Cilgerran and Cardigan.
Whether you love to walk, cycle, fish or just prefer to relax in glorious surroundings, this is the ideal base and we will ensure that we truly look after you during your stay.
