At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and particularly about the excellent quality produce that is available locally. All of our food is sourced locally, freshly prepared and cooked from scratch by Head Chef Andy Millard, who is supported by a strong kitchen team.
Our menu is intended to showcase our Chefs’ talents in all areas of cooking including the favourite traditional pub food and Sunday dinners. Andy cooks with skill and passion and this, along with the use of the best ingredients we can find, results in our food being of the highest quality.

Lunch is currently served on a Saturday and Sunday only between 12.00 midday until 2.30pm.
Dinner is served from Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30pm to 8pm – closed on a Sunday and Monday evenings.
Traditional roast lunch is served on a Sunday together with options from the standard menu for children too served until 2.30pm.

We would be delighted to cater for your special dietary needs, and there are a number of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options to choose from our daily and specials menu’s. Please just need to let us know what these are when you book.
