At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and particularly about the excellent quality produce that is available locally. All of our food is sourced locally, freshly prepared and cooked from scratch by Head Chef Andy Millard, who is supported by a strong kitchen team.

Our menu is intended to showcase our Chefs’ talents in all areas of cooking including the favourite traditional pub food and Sunday dinners. Andy cooks with skill and passion and this, along with the use of the best ingredients we can find, results in our food being of the highest quality.

Dining Times

Lunch is served Friday to Sunday between 12.00 midday until 2.30pm. Closed for lunch Monday, Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday.

Dinner is served daily between 5pm and 9pm Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9pm Saturday and 5pm to 8pm on Sunday.

Traditional roast lunch is served on a Sunday together with options from the standard dinner menu too served until 4pm.

Special Diets

We would be delighted to cater for your special dietary needs, and there are a number of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options to choose from our daily and specials menu's. Please just need to let us know what these are when you book.
