Access Statement

Introduction

The Nag’s Head Inn is located in Pembrokeshire on the edge of the village of Abercych close to Cenarth.

Parking

We have a large car park at the side of the building within about twenty metres from the main entrance. It is a gravel car park and slightly uneven. However, it is possible to park on the road opposite the entrance to the pub. Guests can be dropped off immediately outside the main entrance and the entrance to the main pub area is flat with no steps

Access to Public Areas
Pub/Dining Room

There is level access into the pub but there is one small step into one of the rooms which leads to the toilet facilities. We don’t currently have a disabled toilet.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: General

We have 3 double guest rooms which are situated on the first floor. Access is via an internal or external staircase with a hand rail. Our ensuite shower rooms are quite large and there is a small step up to the large shower enclosures.

We can provide non-allergic bedding (e.g. non-feathers pillows/duvets) if required

We have emergency evacuation procedures for the safe exit of guests with and without disabilities.

Our Chefs can cater for guests with special dietary requirements.
We have a non-smoking policy throughout our establishment. There are covered external areas where guests are able to smoke.

Pre-arrival

For full details and maps of how to reach us please see the ‘How To Find Us’ section at the base of each page on the website.

Whilst we aim to meet the needs of all our guests there are some features of the Inn which might make access difficult for people with limited mobility. The Inn is very old.
