Thank you for choosing to book with The Nag’s Head Inn. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Credit card details are taken on-line or over the telephone to confirm and secure the reservation. All payment for stay is payable on departure and we accept the following forms of payment: credit card, debit card or cash.
The price includes accommodation plus any board indicated.
If you need to cancel, we politely ask for a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) notice. In the case of a no-show or late cancellation we reserve the right to charge 100% for the accommodation at our discretion.
Smoking is not permitted in all public and private spaces at The Nag’s Head Inn.
Please note that any offending guests will be asked to leave immediately and may be liable for professional cleaning of room and the outstanding balance for the night booked but not taken through early departure. Guests may smoke outside of the premises and we politely ask you to dispose of cigarette butts in the receptacles.
Your accommodation is available to you from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 9.00pm.
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of your departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Damages and Breakages
Please can you take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report damages as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages.
Fault and Complaints
Any faults or complaints must be reported to the management at the time of the occurrence. In the event of any major failure of equipment, property or utilities, this will be dealt with as speedily as possible. The management cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. All equipment and property is maintained on a regular basis.
