In the interests of guest and staff safety we are currently closed and will reopen when government guidelines allow.
At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and particularly about the excellent quality produce that is available locally. The majority of our food is sourced locally, freshly prepared and cooked from scratch by our dedicated, hard working and talented kitchen team.
Our menu is intended to showcase our chefs’ talents in all areas of cooking including the favourite traditional pub food and Sunday lunches. The team cook with skill and passion and this, along with the use of the best local ingredients we can find, results in our food being of the highest quality.
We have a range of different menus, along with a "Daily Specials" menu which changes on a regular basis and contains more fish options. You can access these by clicking on the boxes below :-
Dinner - served Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to 9pm (last table bookings from 8pm)

We would be delighted to cater for your special dietary needs, and there are a number of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options to choose from our menu.
We cannot accommodate pets inside currently at the dining tables due to space restrictions as a result of Covid19 government guidelines. However, well behaved dogs are welcomed outside in the beer gardens or in the back bar for those having drinks only not dining.
